		<description>Weird. doesn&#039;t Bovenzi own all the land where Bart&#039;s farm used to be? Re-zoning a parcel right there commercial might screw up his new devolpment?

I am suprised that there was no opposition to the pierce pond development project. The whole thing was tainted from the beginning...as soon as the Leominster Land Trust took ownership of the pond. I recommend everyone do their research on the LLT and their properties...and the history behind each.</description>
